Individual — Personal development

Whatever thought, challenge or goal you're carrying, we start by understanding your situation, what you want to achieve, and what's affecting the path there.

The work is shaped around you. We notice how your thoughts, choices, habits and circumstances connect, and focus on the steps that can move you forward. The goal is to create a change that works in your everyday life and that you can gradually build on.

When you want to create change, we start where you are.

Frequently asked questions

What can I get help with?

You can seek support for various goals, thoughts and challenges in life. It might be about creating clearer direction, moving forward from a situation where you feel stuck, or turning something you want to change into practical action. You can also seek support specifically within personal training or nutrition guidance. You don't need to know exactly which service is right for you before getting in touch – we can figure that out together during the first call.

How do I know which form of support suits me?

You don't need to have the answer before getting in touch. During the first call, we talk about what you want to achieve, what your circumstances are, and what kind of support could suit your situation. If you're looking for help with a clear training or nutrition goal, we can start there. If instead you want to create clarity, move forward from a challenge or find a direction, individual coaching can be a suitable starting point. You can also start in one area and later add another if it feels relevant to you.

What happens during the first call?

The first call is free, takes about 20 minutes and is non-binding. We start from what you want to achieve, what you're seeking support with, and what your circumstances are. The call is adapted to your starting point, whether you're interested in individual coaching, personal training or nutrition guidance. If it feels right for both of us, I'll present a possible next step, and you decide for yourself whether you want to move forward.

Can I book single sessions or calls?

Yes. You can book single sessions within individual coaching and single digital sessions within personal training. In-person sessions will be added further ahead. This suits you if you want to try the way of working, get support in a specific situation, or complement an earlier arrangement. For more long-term goals, I usually recommend a connected program. It creates continuity and gives you time to put what we work on into practice between sessions. Which arrangement suits you best is something we decide based on your goals and circumstances.

What does a typical arrangement for individual coaching look like?

An arrangement I usually recommend consists of six sessions over three months, with two sessions per month. Each session is 60 minutes long and takes place primarily via Microsoft Teams. The time between sessions gives you the chance to put what we've arrived at into action. The next session becomes a natural checkpoint where we follow up on what's happened, take stock of what you've learned, and decide what the next relevant step is.

Can individual coaching, personal training and nutrition guidance be combined?

Yes, but you don't need to combine the services. You can start with individual coaching, personal training or nutrition guidance as a standalone service. Personal training is currently offered digitally, while in-person sessions will be added further ahead. If it becomes clear during our work together that another area could support your development, I can point that possibility out to you. It's always your decision whether you want to add or switch the form of support. Whatever your starting point, the same coaching mindset runs through the way I work.

What can I expect from working together?

You can expect a collaboration based on your goals, your circumstances and the support you need. I contribute presence, questions and reflection, or knowledge, structure and concrete recommendations, depending on which service you're looking for. Change happens through what you choose to put into practice between our meetings. Results can therefore never be guaranteed, but with continuity and your own commitment, you create good conditions for the development to start taking shape.

How can a coach help me with personal challenges?

A coach doesn't need to have experienced the same situation as you to help you move forward. Through questions, reflection and new perspectives, you get the chance to understand your situation more clearly and discover which choices feel right for you. Coaching starts from the belief that you have your own experiences, resources and answers. My role is to create space for reflection, ask questions that help you see your situation more clearly, and support you in finding a direction that feels grounded in you. Coaching doesn't replace therapy or treatment for mental health conditions, but it can be a support when you want to create clarity, make decisions or move forward through a personal challenge.
